Overview
A client approached us as they had identified gaps in their knowledge of customs and export licensing rules. The client had implemented new steps to increase their compliance with current rules and futureproof their business for imminent changes but not all of those affected understood why.
Approach
We worked with the client to create bespoke training material and provide subsequent training to employees. Two training sessions were delivered – one session on customs and one session on licensing – to engage with employees and improve their understanding in a uniform manner.
Deliverables
All relevant stakeholders within the client’s organisation now have enhanced awareness of the importance of complying with customs and export control rules.
