Janine joined the team in 2016 to provide post-audit support for a client, and went on to support them for a further six years with their customs requirements. After a career break in 2022 to have twins, Janine returned to a new role assisting with day-to-day customs requests from multiple clients. When she’s not looking after her twins, Janine enjoys going to the gym and running.

Rosario joined the company in February 2023, with a strong background in customer service, previously working offshore in the oil and gas industry. In her role Rosario works with clients to ensure they comply with HMRC regulations. Her hobbies include going for walks with her dog, foraging and cycling. 

Isabella joined the team after leaving school in February 2024, and is currently responsible for handling daily customs checks for clients. Her role involves learning all aspects of the administrative role in customs, along with completing customs compliance checks and keeping logs up to date and accurate. In her spare time, Isabella enjoys painting and spending quality time with friends and family.

Lisa joined the LS Customs team in April 2023, with more than 30 years’ experience in freight forwarding. In her role, she is responsible for customs entry checks, import clearance instructions and keeping customers log of import and exports. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys competing with her horse and walking her two dogs.

Giuliana joined the team in 2024, with more than 30 years’ experience in customs. In her role, she is responsible for creating and maintaining records on behalf of clients to ensure that all HMRC regulations are being followed and that documentation is accurately completed. Giuliana loves spending time outdoors in her spare time.

After spending 15+ years in the retail management sector, Lee joined the team for a fresh start in a new industry, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a dynamic personality. In his current role as a Customs Coordinator, Lee is dedicated to learning all aspects of the customs landscape and staying up-to-date with the latest HMRC regulations. Outside of work, Lee enjoys badminton and supporting the Denver Nuggets. 

Natasha joined LS Customs in 2024 and is relatively new to customs but brings over 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector covering logistics and supply chain within the wider Peterson Group. Her responsibilities encompass acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all administrative functions within customs, conducting customs compliance audits, and ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of records. Natasha enjoys reading, walking, and spending quality time with her family.

Angharad joined the team in 2024, and in her role she is responsible for carrying out customs checks, customs compliance and logistics for the oil and gas industry for clients, working in partnership with HMRC requirements. Her hobbies involve journaling, photography and painting, yoga and hill walking.
