Gordon Matson

Director

Gordon joined the team in 2022 as Director of LS Customs. He brings extensive experience of the international supply chain having previously held the role of National Oil and Energy Manager with Kuehne + Nagel.

Jane Waldie

Customs Manager

Jane is our Customs Manager and has a wide range of industry experience in both freight forwarding and customs roles. Her area of expertise lies in UKCS movements and international shipping.

Claire Robson

Customs Coordinator

Claire joined the company in 2017 and has extensive experience in HMRC related procedures and international movements. Her role involves assisting with import/export procedures and post clearance management checks to ensure compliance with HMRC.

Hazel Lamb

Customs Coordinator

Hazel is one of our Customs Coordinators with 25 years’ experience in international shipping at both an operational and managerial level. She liaises directly with clients to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and inform them of any upcoming changes to legislation or procedures.

Stewart Cuthbert

Customs Coordinator

Stewart joined the team in 2020 as a Customs Coordinator with over six years’ experience in freight forwarding. He is responsible for handling client’s day-to-day customs queries, maintaining full compliance with customs regulations and acting on any discrepancies.

Karen Thomson

Customs Coordinator

Karen joined the company in 2012 and is the focal point for all customs matters for one of our clients. Her role involves liaising and communicating with HMRC, freight agents and all stakeholders within the client’s business including third-party shore base providers to ensure customs compliance.

Robin Hall

Customs Coordinator

Robin is one of our Customs Coordinators and initially joined the team to assist companies with their preparations for the introduction of the new border operating model post Brexit. He is now contracted to an energy operator, acting as a customs specialist within their organisation.

Janine Keith

Customs Coordinator

Janine joined the team in 2016 to provide post-audit support for one of our clients, before going on to support them for a further six years with their customs requirements. After a recent career break to have twins, Janine now has a new role assisting with day-to-day customs requests from multiple clients.

Sylwia Kozowicz

Customs Coordinator

As one of our Customs Coordinators, Sylwia is responsible for supporting clients to achieve their goal of customs compliance. She recently assisted with a drilling campaign, which included the preparation of invoices and clearance instructions and completing day-to-day compliance checks. 

Rosario San Andres Cervilla

Customs Coordinator

Having joined the team in February 2023, Rosario is our newest Customs Coordinator. She has a strong background in customer service and has previously worked offshore in the oil and gas industry. Rosario decided to join the LS Customs team as an opportunity to learn something new whilst building on her past experience.
