Hazel is one of our Customs Administrators with 25 years’ experience in international shipping at both an operational and managerial level. She liaises directly with clients to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and inform them of any upcoming changes to legislation or procedures.
Stewart joined the team in 2020 as a Customs Coordinator with over six years’ experience in freight forwarding. He is responsible for handling client’s day-to-day customs queries, maintaining full compliance with customs regulations and acting on any discrepancies.
Janine joined the team in 2016 to provide post-audit support for one of our clients, before going on to support them for a further six years with their customs requirements. After a recent career break to have twins, Janine now has a new role assisting with day-to-day customs requests from multiple clients.
As one of our Customs Coordinators, Sylwia is responsible for supporting clients to achieve their goal of customs compliance. She recently assisted with a drilling campaign, which included the preparation of invoices and clearance instructions and completing day-to-day compliance checks.
Having joined the team in February 2023, Rosario is our newest Trainee Customs Coordinator. She has a strong background in customer service and has previously worked offshore in the oil and gas industry. Rosario decided to join the LS Customs team as an opportunity to learn something new whilst building on her past experience.
